ATS will automatically detect the device and download files to corresponding folders. The rule-based automatic file forwarding system forwards the downloaded files to various destinations. Users can convert the audio file into any of the 15 industry standard audio formats.

The encryption support allows the users to experience a greater sense of security. ATS will collect transcripts from various sources such as : FTP, email, LAN/WAN and/or from WordScript (a full-fledged M2 transcription tool). Users can review, edit and print these medical records through ATS.
